Car production in Russia has grown by 21.5% in March

RusAutoNews.Com – According to Rosstat data, 308,000 cars have rolled off Russian production lines within the first three months of 2017, which is equivalent to a 23% year-on-year rise. 121,000 vehicles have been manufactured in March, on the other hand, exceeding the previous year’s figure by 21.5%.

Truck production has amounted to 29,400 units by the end of the January-March period, indicating a 13% year-on-year rise. 13,800 trucks have rolled off Russian conveyors in March, up by 16.1% in comparison with the same period of the previous year.

Bus production has also increased within the first three months of the year, by 37.1% to 4900 units. March bus production figure has reached 2200 units (+23%).
